Open until 13 November 2020

What is a virtual B2B meeting ?

A B2B meeting, or matchmaking event, allows you to meet directly potential partners. The particularity of Enterprise Europe Network matchmaking events is that the profiles are checked and the meetings are bilaterally validated. 30 minutes is usually enough to build connections before the bell rings and the next talk starts according to your schedule.

In the light of recent circumstances, the B2B meetings will be 100% online. A virtual B2B meetings is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners in online talks via B2Match. Please use preferably a computer with a webcam and a microphone installed.

Contact your local Enterprise Europe Network advisor for any information you may require!

1 – Registration: it’s easy!

Register via the green button “Register now”. Select "Organisation", "Cluster" or "Expert/Institution" according to your profile and participation type.

Registration is open until: 13th November.

2 – Plan your attendance and choose your slots of availability

You can find details of the available activities on our website. We will organise your meetings depending on your availabilities, so please make sure you or someone from your organisation can attend before selecting an activity.

3 – Add information about you and your organisation

Give more details on your organisation so that participants can get a better understanding of what you are looking for and can offer.
Example: my company is specialised in waste management

You can select sectorial keywords to describe your organisation’s area of activity or project.

 4 – Complete your profile

Give detailed information on your partner search, product, service or project.

The better the quality of your profile, the better the quality of meetings!

5 – Browse the catalogue and select your meetings

You can access the catalogue of profiles in the tab Marketplace. Browse the online catalogue and identify interesting partners – a search facility and filters will help you (country, sectors…).

Meetings' selection: from 5th to 15th November.

6 – Bilateral validation of meetings is compulsory (to ensure quality and relevance)

All requested meetings are submitted for bilateral validation. In your final schedule, only the meetings validated by both you and your partners will appear. This is to ensure bilateral interests and high quality of meetings. As a result, your meetings are more efficient.

7 - Receive your complete personal schedule

You will receive your personalised meeting schedule a few days before the event.

 8 – D-Day: participation is compulsory

Registration means that you or someone of your organisation will virtually attend the meetings you requested or have been requested for your profile.

A direct link will be on your agenda to join your B2B meetings. You will only need to click on the button "Join".

Staff of Enterprise Europe Network will offer online support throughout the event.

9 – Follow-up process

After the event, complete the follow-up questionnaire. Your Enterprise Europe Network advisor will continue to support you in the following steps with partners identified.

Don't hesitate to contact your local EEN contact point if you have any question!
